Genuine, Dellorto DHLA carburettor service kit.

Enough to service 1x Dellorto DHLA carburettor.

Service kit contents:

• 1x Top cover gasket
• 1x Jet cover gasket

• 1x Inner and 1x outer fuel union fibre washer
• 1x Pump diaphragm (Dellorto Part Number 7515)
• 1x Internal Fuel union fuel filter
• 2x Pump jet fibre washers

• All idle jet, pump jet, and non-return valve o-ring seals

• 1x Pump housing gasket
• 1x Throttle return spring
• 1x Pump diaphragm spring
• 1x Needle valve & seat assembly with aluminium mounting washer (select size from drop-down menu)

Available needle valve sizes to choose from are the following:

1.50 | 1.70 | 2.00 | 2.25 | 2.50 | 3.50

These service kits are suitable for the following Dellorto DHLA carburettors:

Dellorto DHLA 40 with no suffix letter, or with suffix letters ‘C’, ‘E’, ‘F’ or ‘G’.

Dellorto DHLA 45 with no suffix letter, or with suffix letter ‘E’.

All naturally aspirated (non-turbo) versions of the Dellorto DHLA 48 carburettor range.

If your carburettors fit one of the description above, then you can go ahead and use these service kits.

Please note:

The suffix letter is found next to the casting mark ‘DHLA40’, ‘DHLA45’ or ‘DHLA48’ on your carburettor(s).

It will either be part of the casting mark, or it will be stamped by the dellorto factory.

Dellorto DHLA 40 carburettors usually use needle valve size 1.50

Dellorto DHLA 45 carburettors usually use needle valve size 1.70

Dellorto DHLA 48 carburettors usually use needle valve size 2.25
