Description

Weber performance kit to allow fitment of 2 x WEBER 45 DCOE carburettors to the Ford Zetec engine.

Featuring Genuine, Spanish Made Webers.

Modified by Webcon, these 5 progression hole DCOE 45s are ideally suited to Ford Zetec and Duratec 16V engines and will smooth out the flat spots found between idle and the main jet progression phase when compared to using 3 or 4 progression hole Carburettors.

These carburettors calibration will start & run the engine but we do always recommend that you drive the car to a rolling road/dynamometer tuning shop, to get the carburettors ‘dialled-in’ precisely to the needs of your engine.

The carburettors come with the following stock jetting from the factory:

• 36mm Venturi choke
• 4.5 Auxillary Venturi (these can be changed for a small charge)
• 145 Main jet
• F16 Emulsion tube
• 155 Air corrector jet
• 40 Pump exhaust valve
• 55F8 Idle jet
• 45 Pump jet
• 2.00 Needle valve

2 x Genuine Weber 45DCOE carburettors

1 x Aluminium Intake/Inlet Manifold

1 x Throttle linkage Kit with Cables

2x Complete Carburettor mounting Kits with O-rings, studs, nuts, washers etc.
