Genuine weber 38 DGAS carburettor service kit.

Kit includes the following service parts:

Top cover Gasket

2x Bottom mounting base gaskets

Needle valve & Seat Assembly

Pump Diaphragm

Pump diaphragm spring

Anti-stall diaphragm

2 types of mixture screws (To allow for service kit use on early and late DGAS carburettor variations)

Mixture screw springs

Fuel filter

Auto-choke water cover  gasket

Gasket for autochoke body

Pump delivery one-way valve

All o-ring seals & washers

Carburettor exploded view diagram with part numbers and float levelling instructions for setting the float.

Air filter mounting gasket is available separately in our shop.

The automatic Water-choke housing & bi-metallic spring assembly is available separately, part number CRK003

47407.093 is the choke pull-off diaphragm assembly.
