Returns Policy
Please read this carefully so you understand all the ins and outs of our Returns Policy
We suggest that if you have any doubt about the suitability of an item for your purpose, that before ordering, you send us an email or call us on the phone.
- After receiving your item, you have 30 days in which to return it if for whatever reason it’s not what you wanted
- Please Note: Postage costs are only refundable where a return is made due to goods being faulty or we made an error.
- If you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item to us in its original condition within 30 days of receipt. Returned items should be unused and must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation.
- We will issue a full refund on receipt, excluding the original delivery cost.
- Alternatively, if preferred, we will exchange the item.

If you are returning something from outside the UK, please contact us, and we will arrange return shipment. Any re-import fees incurred by returns that have not been sent correctly, will be deducted from any refund we issue.
Return shipping fees (where the item is not faulty) will either be charged upfront, or deducted from the order refund, depending on the total order value/the cost of the return shipping.
- The item you are returning is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore for your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
