Shipping Policy

We ship domestically and internationally from the United Kingdom. We usually dispatch items the same day, but please allow up to 3 working days for orders to be processed and dispatched (not including backorder or special order items).

We do not operate on weekends or holidays.


Expected arrival is up to 5 business days from dispatch with express courier purchased through our main website, but please be aware that international orders may incur delays due to customs processing/duty fees and transit.

When a package is shipped internationally, it may be subject to customs and duties. Classic Carbs UK is not responsible for advising, calculating, collecting, or covering these charges. It is the buyer’s responsibility to check the import criteria for the country the package is being shipped to.

If you purchase from us and refuse to accept the package at any point OR refuse to pay customs/duties/import tax, please be advised, that any return charges or return import charges and any costs associated with the return of the package, will be deducted from any refund we issue to the customer.

Please note that packages being shipped to an EU (European Union) business address require valid EORI and VAT numbers. Charges incurred by packages that are returned due to incorrect EORI and/or VAT numbers will not be refundable. Please double check your information before submitting your order. Standard shipping is 1-2 business days from dispatch, excluding weekends and bank holidays.


Classic Carbs UK is not responsible for lost orders due to incorrect address details provided by the customer, (this includes wrong apartment/house number, wrong street, etc.). Classic Carbs UK is not responsible for unclaimed or refused orders.  When ordering from abroad, please contact the mail carrier with your full name and tracking number to ensure customs clearance.

If your order is marked as delivered on your tracking, but you did not receive it, we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier. This request for assistance with a claim must be made within 7 business days from a package being marked as delivered.

Please note that filing a claim does not guarantee that we will be able to provide a reshipment or refund. Our resolution will be based on the findings of the carrier once they have completed the investigation.

Classic Carbs UK does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier, and this includes stolen or missing packages. We will not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.
