Winter restoration batch for Weber DCOE, DCOM and DCO/SP pairs – 10 places

Over December and January we are restoring ten pairs of Weber DCOE, DCOM and DCO/SP carburettors together, as one batch. Doing them together saves us time, and we are passing that saving on.

You get the same full restoration we always do, at a quiet time of year, with no rush to be ready for an event. Your carburettors come back to you in time for the new season.

What the restoration includes

Stripped down completely
Vapour blasted – a fine wet blast that cleans the aluminium back to a like-new finish
Zinc plated fittings
Rebuilt and set up
Engine tested – every pair we work on is tested on an engine before it goes back

They look and work as good as new.

How it works

Book by 30 November 2026 by paying the £100 deposit here. Only 10 places.
Send or bring your pair to us by 12 December 2026. Please put your name, order number and return postal address in the box, so we can post them back to you once they are ready and paid for.
We restore all the pairs together in January.
Your carburettors are back with you by the end of February 2027.

Price

£500 + VAT for the pair, instead of our usual £800 + VAT. The £100 deposit (VAT included) is taken off the final bill. The balance is paid when the work is done.

Cancelling: if you change your mind, you get the deposit back in full if you cancel before your carburettors arrive at our workshop, or within 14 days of booking. After that the deposit is kept, as your place has been held and parts ordered for the batch.

If your carburettors need anything out of the ordinary, we will tell you before we do it.
