WEBER 38 DGES Carburettor Conversion kit for the Volvo Penta B18 & B20 marine engine
Featuring electric choke operation.
Fits Volvo Penta “upright” 4cyl (B18/B20) OHV motor and this kit features special marine Volvo intake manifold.
This WEBER carburettor kit is supplied with
– Custom intake manifold
– Genuine Spanish Made Weber 38 DGES carburettor
– Custom marine throttle linkage
– Spark arrestor air filter assembly
Please Note:
We are aware that, in some instances, the OEM (original equipment) Volvo fuel pump output is in excess of 4psi which can cause the WEBER carburettor to flood (excess fuel).
If flooding is experienced after fitting the Weber kit then either a low pressure electric fuel pump or a fuel pressure regulator will be required. (Please ask us if you would like help with this fuel pump/supply pressure issue).
