These filters come in 3x different lengths. Use the longest filter that will comfortably fit between the carburettor front face and the nearest object (Bodywork, battery tray, brake servo etc). This distance is what we call ‘external filter height or length’.
The internal filter height (or length) is also important since you likely have trumpets fitted on the carburettor, and you’ll want to allow enough air to freely flow between the edge of the trumpet lip and the internal surfaces of the air filter, about 25mm is enough. More is fine, less is not.

External size options are: 55mm, 80mm, 115mm (Measure this to check for bodywork, brake servo etc clearance)
The 55mm option has an internal clearance of 40mm, the 80mm has 60mm and the 115mm has 100mm (Measure your trumpet length to ensure you get enough flow passing between the inner filter surfaces and the trumpet lip).
This filter Includes backplate, and beautifully designed push buttons to effortlessly attach or detach the filter from the backplate, this giving access to the trumpets for carburettor balancing or inspection purposes.
